Chicago Perch and Lake Trout -December 2023-

What a great trip on the Chicago Lakefront. We caught our 2-man limit in about 4 hours. It was slow and steady action after 10am. If we were not catching fish in about 10 minutes, I would move the boat until we saw fish on my down scan. After our limit of perch, we got a triple of lake trout right off the break wall! All the perch were caught on perch pounders. The Lake tout came off dipsys and crankbaits. Hope you enjoy the video!
