Germinal Center B cell Response to SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccination

Germinal centers (GC) are lymphoid structures in which B cells acquire affinity-enhancing somatic hypermutations (SHM), with surviving clones differentiating into memory B cells (MBCs) and long-lived bone marrow plasma cells (BMPCs). In my presentation, I will discuss how we study GC responses in humans, highlighting some of our recent findings in the context of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination.
