Chicken Mushroom Cups

Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked sushi rice
-400 g chicken fillet
-200g mushrooms
-40g grated cheese
-seaweed sheet
-seasonings: garlic powder, chilli flakes, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt
-sesame

1. Cut chicken fillet and mushrooms into cubes and fry on a pan. Add all seasonings and mix it well until done.
2. Cut seaweed sheet into slices (2 slices per each cup).
3. In a cupcake tin lay down 2 slices of seaweed and press down them with sushi rice.
4. Scoop chicken mushroom mixture into each cup and sprinkle with grated cheese and sesame.
5. Put filled cups into the oven for 15 min (180c) until cheese will be melted and golden.

Serve warm and enjoy❤️
