Ingredients
Summer salad with melon
Ingredients for salad:
-melon
-arugula
-mozzarella balls
-Prosciutto slices
-pine nuts
Ingredients for dressing:
-1 tsp smooth peanut butter
-3 tsp soy sauce
-2 tsp lemon juice
-1 tsp mustard
-2 tbs honey
1. Cut melon into medium pieces. Place melon pieces and mozzarella balls over the arugula.
2. Roll Prosciutto slices and add them to the salad.
3. Dress the salad and add pine nuts in the end.
