Join me for a 30 Minute Complete Cardio and Strength Workout!

40 secs of workout followed by 20 seconds rest!

I utilized a 5ilb DB and a 10lb DB

Circuit one:
Frog Squats
Lying bent leg glute lift
2 alternating cat cow crunches

Circuit two:
Switch kicks
Side lunge w/back row
Alternating plank jack

Circuit three:
1,2,3 Burpee
One DB FWD lunge with shoulder press
Elevated in & out crunch

Circuit four:
4 high knees, 4 mountain climbers
Arms flat push up
Forearm plank

Circuit five:
4 shoulder press Jacks, 4 chest press jacks
Bent over DB row w/bicep curl
One legged crunch w/DB

***This workout does not include a cooldown.
