Broccoli noodle casserole has never
Broccoli noodle casserole has never been so delicious and easy! This broccoli recipe in the oven is brilliant when you need it to be quick and fill you up, it can't be quicker! I love both broccoli and pasta, but in this combination with cream cheese and baked with lots of cheese, they both taste mega delicious. A casserole like this is quick to make, super easy and tastes super delicious. This recipe is a must for vegetable fans and also tastes great with children!
Ingredients for the broccoli noodle casserole
500g broccoli
250g pasta
250 g cream cheese
150g milk
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp nutmeg
150g cheese
1. Divide the broccoli into florets.
2. Cook broccoli in salted water for 2-3 minutes, remove and do not throw away the water! Bring the same water to the boil and cook the pasta until al dente (al dente) according to the package instructions.
3. Mix the cream cheese (preferably with fine herbs, like mine) with the milk in a bowl. Season to taste.
4. Add the broccoli and pasta to the baking dish.
5. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until golden brown at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
The delicious broccoli noodle casserole is ready! Bon appetit!
