Everyone, it's really chilly these days, right?
I don't feel the cold that well, but I wanted to eat warm food only
So for today's video, I prepared two easy and delicious
recipes for pot rice
And! Tada…
Le Creuset sent a gourmet rice pot
to make the pot rice more delicious.
After lots of thought, I chose the ingredients and
worked hard to cook them
so try cooking them at your home 💕  

Recipe (All the recipes are for 4 servings, depending on your preference, you can adjust the amount!)

🦪Oyster ot rice with bean sprouts and radish 🦪
Ingredients: chives, radish, bean sprouts, oysters, Tsuyu, flavored soy sauce,Yondu sauce (Fermented soybean essence), sesame oil, kelp broth

1.Soak two kelp sticks in cold water (for 1000ml)
2.Put soaked rice and shredded radish in a pot and cook it with sesame oil, Yondu sauce and one spoon of Tsuyu.
3.Pour the kelp broth over, cook for 10 minutes. Reduce to low heat after 10 minutes.
Tip💡 You would need less water than usual for oyster pot rice because of the radish.
+ Fresh rice (Newly harvested rice) would require less water to cook~😉
4.Add Soju or Mirin to the oysters to remove the fishy smell.
5.Put the oysters and bean sprouts in the pot. Cook for 5 minutes in low heat. Turn off the heat and leave it for another 3~4 minutes with the lid closed.
6.Put some chives on top. Serve!

📍Wild chive sauce
Mix one Cheongyang chili pepper, a handful of wild chives (or chives), sesame, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of flavored soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil!

🍲Beef brisket pot rice with burdock🍲
Ingredients:  chives, shiitake mushrooms, shredded burdock, beef brisket, Marinade & Cooking sauce (garlic or ginger juice), kelp broth

1.Soak two kelp sticks in cold water (for 1000ml)
2.Marinate beef brisket with Marinade & Cooking sauce, 1 spoon of flavored soy sauce, 1 spoon of Tsuyu, 1 spoon of sugar and some pepper. Mix well.
3.Put shredded burdock, beef brisket and 1 spoon of flavored soy sauce in a pan and stir fry.
4.Put the rice in a pot. Add 1 spoon of flavored soy sauce, 1 spoon of Yondu sauce and drizzle a  generous amount of sesame oil and stir.
5.Put 550ml of kelp broth. Cook for 10 minutes in medium heat then 5 more minutes in low heat
6.Add the chives, stir fried burdock and beef briskets. Remove from the pot from the heat and leave for 3-4 minutes with the lid closed.
7.Add some butter and an egg yolk. Serve!

📍Mom's Jinmi dried squid strip recipe
Ingredients: onion, Jinmi squid stripes, Gochujang  (Chili paste), chili powder, flavored soy sauce, Marinade & Cooking sauce, oligosaccharide, sesame oil.

1.Mix one tablespoon of Gochujang, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of flavored soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Marinade & Cooking sauce, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2.Chop up squid strips smaller. Mix well with the sauce and onion.
Tip💡Put onions in last because onion juice will come out!
+It will taste even better when rested in a fridge for a bit!
