M S Subbulakshmi Songs

M.S Subbulakshmi,  a name synonymous with the world of Carnatic music, was the first singer in India to be presented with “Bharat Ratna” the highest award by the Government of India given to any civilian.  Her devotion to her singing and her Lord was so compelling that many of the temples in South India continue to reverberate with her voice 365 days in a  year, to invoke devotion in the audience, long after her mortal body has left us.
