Standing Heel and Toe Raises:
This exercise is best performed standing at a sink or sturdy countertop. To perform heel raises, lift your heels off the ground as high as you are comfortable. To perform toe raises, lift your toes as high as comfortable while maintaining good posture, then return to the starting position. These exercises can be combined.
