In this full body 15 minute class, we move through a dynamic yoga flow that helps us with opening the hips from morning stiffness, strengthening or back and core, and grounds the mind for the day. Class is designed for all levels. A collection of kemetic yoga classes created to bring more awareness to kemetic yoga and to make yoga more accessible and welcoming for people of color. My intention in designing and creating the Black yoga series is to introduce and include others, specifically people of color, to the ancient practice of Kemetic yoga. This series is not intended to exclude anyone. Everyone can and should take these classes.
