Yes indeed Bacon, Cheese, Milk, Eggs and Bisquick make this anytime pie impossible to resist.
Ingredients:
12 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled (see link below on how Mark prepared the bacon)
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
⅓ cup onion, chopped
2 cups whole milk
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste, I use ½ teaspoon Kosher salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon butter, to grease the pie plate
