-Initiate the movement by hinging at the shoulder and bringing the torso forward (notice the incline of the body)
-Lower the body as slow as possible until the shoulder drops below the level of the elbow or until strength expires
-Place the feet on the ground, reset, then jump back up to begin the next rep
