生抽 1湯匙 - 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
味醂 1湯匙 - 1 tbsp Mirin
紹興酒 1湯匙 - 1 tbsp Shao Hsing Wine
糖 1茶匙 - 1 tsp Sugar

生薑燒汁 Shogayaki Sauce
生抽 1湯匙 - 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
味醂 1湯匙 - 1 tbsp Mirin
紹興酒 1湯匙 - 1 tbsp Shao Hsing Wine
水 1/2湯匙 - 1/2 tbsp Water
