Introduction to Datalog

Datalog is arguably the simplest rule language one can imagine, yet it can express many query conditions that are not expressible in SPARQL. We take a quick look at Datalog based on examples and introduce some of the main terminology used in this area. Our main goal is to understand enough Datalog to further train it in the exercise classes.
