What is a (Knowledge) Graph?

For the start of our video series on Knowledge Graphs, we look at the meaning and practical use of the term "Knowledge Graph" and, in the second part of the video, recall some basic terms and data structures that pop up when talking about graphs in mathematics and computer science.
