How to Trade the S&P 500 using VIX Volality

In this video, I look at buying the S&P 500 index when the VIX trades above its upper Bollinger Band. This trading theory is based on the idea: "When the VIX is high, it's safe to buy. But when the VIX is low go slow!" This idea came from one of my trading heroes Dr Alexander Elder. As you will see from the video this trading entry has a decent success rate. I also suggest a few filter ideas to reduce drawdown.
