I Attempt to Make Japanese Jiggly Cheesecake

I wanted to try something trendy this week. These Japanese Jiggly Cheesecakes are all the rage. They are fluffy, jiggly and they have meringue in them, which makes them rise.

Toronto specifically has connection to these Japanese cheesecakes, they are home to Uncle Tetsu, which a popular cheesecake joint that has a queue lined up outside waiting to get one of them.

I take the recipe into my own hands, and try my best to make this trendy dessert from scratch!
