Biomimetic Dentistry is about restoring teeth conservatively. Doing RCT & Crowns is a thing of the past for many clinical conditions, thanks to the power of adhesion and partial coverage ceramic restorations. The restorative foundation replaces the need for additional preparation and provides the final design of the preparation prior to taking the impression.
I cover many different types or varieties of the restorative foundation, depending on the initial condition and the planned final restoration. I have been teaching and practicing this way since 2010 and my course covers the foundation and techniques for all aspects of biomimetic dentistry.
