How to make rice flour chakli at home / Easy instant chakli in telugu

Ingredients (using 250 ml cup) :

Rice flour - 2 cups
Whole Urad dal - 1/2 cup or Urad dal Powder - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp or as per the taste
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Ajwain seeds - 1 tsp
warm water - 1.5 cups or as required.

Ingredients in grams :

Rice flour - 350 grams
Whole urad dal - 100 grams
Ghee - 20 grams
Salt - 10 grams (or) as required
Sesame seeds - 3 grams
Ajwain seeds - 3 grams
Warm water - 375 ml (or) as required
