- 140 g of powdered sugar;
- 125 g of egg white;
- 125 g of sugar;
- food coloring.
- 0.1 g of salt;
- 0.5 g of citric acid.
Dry in a cool place without drafts for 30 minutes.
Back date from 140-170'C for about 20 minutes, depending on the specifics of your oven.
