Multi-distance road runner Richard Joyce of Kirkstall Harriers testing himself at the 100m sprint at Carnegie Leeds Metropolitan University Campus Athletics Track in Leeds.
With a strong head wind RJ, aged 29 ran it in 14.7 much to his own disappointment.
Marathon PB: 2:57:29 at London Marathon.
