Oggi vogliamo presentarvi le girelle salate e spiedini di sfoglia, dei gustosi antipasti veloci perfetti per ogni occasione. Il ripieno dei rotolini di pasta sfoglia è un morbida mousse di prosciutto cotto e ricotta, mentre gli spiedini sono il risultato degli avanzi di sfoglia e pancetta arrotolata. Questi antipasti di sfoglia sono velocissimi ed economici, si preparano in pochi minuti e sono buonissimi anche freddi! Possono inoltre sostituire una cena, ideali se avete degli amici invitati all'ultimo minuto. Provateli e non vi pentirete della scelta  😍
