In today's video we will be making Pumpkin Pasta from scratch.
This is an egg-less vegan pasta which is to be eaten fresh. The Pumpkin in pasta helps bind the whole thing together.

I have used atta (whole wheat flour) in this recipe, you can use maida (Refined flour) or a combination of both.

Ingredients:
• Atta (Whole wheat flour) : 2 cups
• Pumpkin - 500 gms
• Water - As required
• Salt - As required
• Oil - As required

If you already have Pumpkin Puree you can add the Puree directly to the flour to make a dough.
