Microwave Eggless Mango Cake

In today's video we will be making an Egg-less Mango cake in a Microwave. The recipe is very simple and the cake is ready in 9 mins. The setting of Microwave is at 900W.

Ingredients:
• Maida/ Refined Flour : 2 Cups
• Mango Puree - 1 Cup
• Sugar - 1/2 Cup if Mango is sweet, 3/4 Cup if Mango is not very sweet
• Milk - 1/3 cup
• Oil - 1/3 cup
• Curd - 1/3 cup
• Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
• Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
• Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
