This nourishing Blueberry Raspberry Smoothie, is a refreshing and filling breakfast or afternoon snack option.

Yield:  1serving

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries (frozen/or fresh)
1 cup raspberries
1/3 cup yogurt (plain, low carb)
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. chia seeds.  (optional)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender, process until completely smooth.
Pour into a glass, & enjoy!
