The Citi Custom Cash Card is one of the best cash back credit cards with no annual fee on the market right now.
I was able to get it by doing a product change from the Citi Simplicity Card, which means I did not have to submit an application, there was no hard inquiry, and there was no effect on my credit score. I also kept the same credit card account number and preserved all my account history (including the credit limit, payment history, and account age).
