One final day in the field before returning to garrison, Echo Troop combines the skills and firepower of tankers, scouts and fire support in a Combined Arms Live-Fire Exercise, or CALFEX.

That night, the armored column navigates home and Kuwaitis wave in appreciation of the US forces.

Back at the barracks, 2nd platoon unwinds with cards and trash talking.
