KV Core Training - Adding a contact and setting up property alerts

In this training video we log onto our KV Core CRM database to add a new contact (lead, prospect, client or what have you). We then setup a property alert (drip campaign of sorts) so that our contact is being sent emails of the newest real estate listings on a regular basis in an automated manner.

KV Core allows us to customize property alerts on single family houses, condos/townhouses, and rentals as well as commercial and land listings. We can narrow down the property search functions by town/city name or also by using a custom map feature to choose a specific neighborhood. KV Core property alerts allow us to enter a target range of list price, # of bedrooms/bathrooms, as well as some additional criteria.
