Total Body Kettlebell Workout (Single Follow Along Kettlebell)

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after other. Once you have done all exercises (both arms), rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 2-3 total rounds.

Exercise

1. Kettlebell Swings (Right) – 24 kg
2. Kettlebell Bent Over Row Single (Right) – 20kg
3. Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge (Right) – 20kg
4. Kettlebell Clean and Press (Right) – 16kg
5. Kettlebell Single Arm Press (Right) – 16-20kg
6. Kettlebell Swings (Left) – 20- 24 kg
7. Kettlebell Bent Over Row Single (Left) – 20kg
8. Kettlebell Racked Reverse Lunge (Left) – 20kg
9. Kettlebell Clean and Press (Left) – 16kg
10. Kettlebell Single Arm Press (Left)– 16-20kg
