I eat oatmeal and no sugar! Healthy cookies without flour and sugar! Energy dessert recipe!
Recipe 1.
dried apricots 4-5 pcs.
fill with water.
Oatmeal 2 tbsp.
Fry for 1 minute.
Walnuts 50 gr.
do not chop finely.
add to oatmeal.
Peanuts 100 gr.
Pumpkin seeds 30 gr.
Sunflower seeds 40 gr.
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp.
Flaxseed 1 tbsp.
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
Almonds 50 gr.
mix everything well.
Dry the dried apricots and cut them as in the video.
Protein from one egg.
Agave or Jerusalem artichoke syrup 1 tbsp.
or any sugar substitute of your choice.
I make circles.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
after 15 minutes.

Peanuts 100 gr.
grind in a blender.
Oatmeal 1 tbsp.
Sesame 40 gr.
Pumpkin seeds 40 gr.
Sunflower seeds 40 gr.
mix well.
1 ripe banana.
chop with a fork.
The banana can be chopped in a blender.
Agave or Jerusalem artichoke syrup 1 tbsp.
or any sugar substitute of your choice.

Pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
