Oatmeal protein bread! Lose weight quickly with crusty and delicious bread!
Recipe 1:
200 g oat flakes.

30g flax seeds.
100g seed mix.
mix well.
1 teaspoon Baking powder.
2 eggs.
200 g cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.
mix well.
30 g plantain seeds.
mix well.
Vegetable fat.
Pour the dough into a baking dish.
Sprinkle oatmeal over the bread.
Let the bread rest for 20 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
Filling:
Zucchini 700 gr.
Cut like in the video.
Vegetable fat.
Let cook for 15 minutes.
Salt.
black pepper.
mix well.
1 clove of garlic.
Processed cheese 2 pcs.
add to the zucchini.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Ingredients:
2 oranges.
