The animals, originally from the Indian subcontinent, live in the environs of Berlin and apparently feel perfectly at home there, on the barren soils of Brandenburg. The brothers Lukas and Sebastian Dehl grow herbs and salads in their urban nursery and develop concepts for vertical gardens. Their goal: to manage and cook as sustainably and ecologically as possible. With freshly picked herbs, they make asparagus gazpacho - a Berlin interpretation of the cold Spanish summer soup. High-quality dishes that no longer have anything to do with junk food.
