Galouti Kebabs are one of the Jewels of the Awadhi Bawarchi food & is very much delicious & tasty & easy to make with our recipe!

Lets see how you can enjoy the delicious recipe at home :

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg boneless mutton / minced meat
- 3 big onions
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Tandoori Masala powder
- 3 tbsp Shami Kebab masala mixed with 3 big Bay leaves
- 4 dried Red Chillies
- 5 tbsp Curd
- 100g soaked Chana Dal
- Salt for taste
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Eggs
- Oil
- Coal for Flavour

METHOD:
-Boil the mutton (or minced) in a pressure cooker with onions, ginger-garlic paste, curd, shami kebab masala, ghee, tandoori masala, chana dal, dried red chillies, salt & a glass of water.
- Cook the above with 6 whistles of cooker & soak the water properly.
- After the water is soaked properly, grind the mixture in a grinder  by simultaneously adding 2 eggs in it & place it in  a vessel.
- Now place a foil paper in between the mixture for the flavour of coal.
- For flavour of coal, burn the coal properly and place it on the foil and add little ghee on top of the coil. Then cover the vessel with a lid on top for proper flavour.
- As the batter is ready for the kebabs, make equal sized patty with some help of oil.
- For shallow frying, heat pan with some oil in it & fry the patties in it .

Now the tasty Galouti Kebabs are ready ! Enjoy it with anything you like!
