Dhaba's have a speciality that they serve & everyone seems to love it. Dhaba style chana is a favourite of all and the good news is, that it is so simple to make even at home.
Let's have a look of how you can enjoy this snack easily :

Ingredients :
- 1 cup overnight soaked & boiled chickpea
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp tandoori powder
- 1/4 cup garlic cloves
- 3 tsp corn flour
- 3 tsp besan (gram flour)
- Salt to taste

Method :
- First, add ginger garlic paste, lime juice, tandoori powder, red chilli powder, salt, besan & corn flour in the overnight soaked and boiled chickpea.
- Mix all of this well.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic cloves with a closed lid until it's soft.
- Then, fry the chana in the oil until the coating is properly cooked and remove it accordingly.

Our absolute easy and tasty dhaba style chana is ready to serve & eat :)
