2 Cups flour
1 egg yolk
Salt, pepper and Nutmeg to taste.
For the Meat sauce:
2 lbs plum tomatoes
1 lbs roast beef
1 Italian sausage
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
2 bay leaves
1/2 glass of red wine (200 ml)
2 Tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper
a handful of basil leaves
2 Cups water or stock
