Focaccia it's a flat pizza
Focaccia it's a flat pizza like bread from Liguria in Italy. It can be served as an antipasto, appetizer or even as table bread. This one it's crispy in the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. You can top it however you want. This one is the classic Rosemary and Garlic. Enjoy!

500 gr all purpose flour
380 ml. of tap water
9 gr of Salt
3 gr Instant Dry Yeast
1 Tblsp of Olive Oil
