Baked Dahi Bhalla are soft, fluffy and low in fat which will help cutting those extra calories which you consume with fried ones and they are utterly delicious. Watch how Monika makes these easy to cook recipes.

Ingredients-

For Bhalla

1.  1/2 Cup split green moong beans/daal
2.  ½ Cup de-husked urad beans/daal
3. 1 pinch Asafoetida/Hing
4. ¼ tbs Salt
5. Pinch of baking soda
6. 1 Cup Buttermilk

For Assembling

1.  2 cup Yogurt or Curd ( Nicely beat it for a creamy flowy texture)
2. 1 Cup tamarind chutney (homemade or use maggi tomato chutney)
3.  2 tbs Cumin seeds (Freshly roasted)
4.  2 tbs  Red chilli powder (or more)
5. 2 tbs Ginger Julian
6. 2Green chilies
7. Green chutney (Optional), check how to make here
8. Black salt to sprinkle
9. Chaat masala to sprinkle
