Ingredients:
For the filling:
- 370g Pasta rigatoni
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 0.8 dl of white wine
- 200g minced beef
- 100g minced chorizo
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 tablespoon of tomato pulp
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
For the béchamel:
- 6 tablespoons (90g) Butter
- 3/4 cup (90g) Flour
- 3 cups (720ml) Milk, warm
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
For the topping:
- 100g Mozzarella, grated
Cooking time:
- 1 hr 30 min
