BAKED PASTA WITH MEAT SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
-1 pound ground beef
-1 pound ground pork
-(3) 28 ounce can plum tomatoes
-1 6 ounce can tomato paste
-1 medium onion
-2 cloves garlic
-1/2 cup dry white wine
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 pound rigatoni
-1 pound mozzarella
-3/4 cup pecorino
