Here is the full workout:
Warm-Up: 4 Minutes (including 3x 10s strides)
3 Sets of Intervals: 30s Sprint/60s Off/45s Inc. Resistance Climb/90s Off/15s Sprint
Set Rest #1: 1 minute
Set Rest #2: 2 minutes
Cool-Down: 1 minute
