Hello Spin Friends!! Today's spin class is a mini version of one of your faves: F45 HIIT! Repeat this one a couple more times to level up the original F45 with shorter rests between sets! Get ready to sprint!

Warm-up: 2 minutes
F45 HIIT: 2 Sets of 3 x 45s ON (standing sprint with moderate-to-heavy tension)/15s OFF
Set rest is 1 minute
Cool-down: 1 minute
