The first time I cooked one portion but at home no one did not understand anything, this time I make a double portion and just all quickly ate.

Marshmallow Recipe:In the video I prepare a double portion
Gelatin 10 grams (2 teaspoons)
Water 60 ml.(for gelatin)
Sugar 220 grams (11 tablespoons)
Water 60 ml.(for sarakh.)
Vanillin one pack, always of good quality.

I also tried adding lemon juice 1-2 tablespoons,this gives the acidity, you can also add citric acid 0.5 teaspoons instead of juice.
I use regular gelatin and it needs to be filled with water so that it swells,you may have another gelatin, then prepare it according to the instructions indicated on the package.
Marshmallow made a two-color one.I already as the told about beet juice when preparing cake, there I, too, added juice beet in cream and to not feel taste of beet I added in cream alcohol.
Here you can not worry ,you will definitely not feel the taste. My child told me it was strawberry marshmallows))) that's what he thought the smell was. Vanilla will do its job and give a very pleasant aroma and taste. Despite the simple composition, it turns out to be a really delicious dessert.
Complex in my opinion there is nothing, it is important to prepare the form earlier so that as soon as everything is whipped immediately poured into the form and the marshmallow does not freeze in your bowl. I have a mixer not a hand,I'm preparing all the while I have everything pulled apart.
As soon as the gelatin is melted, you can put the syrup to cook,when the syrup is ready, in a bowl, start whipping the gelatin and pour in a little bit of the syrup, whisk at maximum speed. The whipping time depends on the power of your mixer. I keep the ready-made dessert just in the nightstand .You can put it in a bag so that it does not wither,but I personally like when it dries up a little and NVA it will appear something like a crust.
