A quick lesson on how to do a safe and easy modified Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar.  Wake up your body and get your energy flowing in this standing Yoga Flow sequence that is designed for all levels of yoga from seniors, low mobility and new to yoga students.
Remember to always work within your abilitys and don't do anything that causes more than an achy stretch, No Sharp Pain, if you feel that you must stop.
Always start an exercise program with your Doctor's ok if you are under medical supervision.
