Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
For Preparing Rasam:
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Split White Lentils
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Split Pigeon Peas (cooked)
- 2 tbsp Rassam Masala
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- 3 cups Water
For Preparing Vada:
- 1 cup Split White Lentils (soaked & ground)
- 1 tbsp Dried Coconut (grated)
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- Oil For Frying
For Preparing Tempering:
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Dried Red Chilli
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Coriander Leaves
