Air Fryer Recipes: Can a Ninja Foodi cook rice?

Can an air fryer cook rice? In short, yes, but if you have a big Foodi you probably have to cook 200g minimum.

The rice tasted fine. It was no quicker than a rice cooker but if you’re tight on space in the kitchen then it could replace a rice cooker.

There are more adventurous ways of cooking rice that I’d like to try, for example cooking rice with meat above it in the Foodi - dripping it’s glorious meat fats down into the rice for added flavour. Maybe next time!
