Air Fryer Fried Rice is so easy to make and is better than take out.  I used to always throw out the extra white rice I get from Chinese take out but not anymore.  I use the white rice the next day to make super easy air fryer fried rice.

Air Fryer Fried Rice

Ingredients:
White Rice – 3 cups (cooked, cold)
Frozen Vegetables – 1 cup (I used carrots and peas)
Onion – 1/4 cup (optional)
Eggs - 2 (scrambled)
Soy Sauce – 4 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil – 1 Tbsp

Instructions:
1. Mix the cold rice, frozen vegetables, onion (optional), scrambled eggs together
2. Add soy sauce and oil to the rice mixture and mix really well
3. Transfer the rice mixture to an air fryer safe bowl/pan
4. Place the bowl of rice mixture in the air fryer
5. Air fry at 360 degrees F for 15 minutes
6. Mix when timer is at 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and 3 minutes
7. Add additional time in 2-minute increments if you prefer softer vegetables
8. Serve warm
