It's a rainy season, but it's nice to have some handiwork to enjoy at home😊
Here's a look at how we spent our relaxing June break.

I'll give you the general recipe.
I've listed what I've made by eye, so when you make it, please prepare it while tasting it.
[Beef boiled in soy sauce with Sansho (Japanese pepper)]
250g beef belly trimmings
2 tbsp Sansho (Japanese pepper)
1 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp sake
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
[Miso soup with grilled green peppers and Aburaage (fried Tofu)]
600ml Dashi stock
2-3 tbsp miso
2 green peppers
1 piece Aburaage (fried Tofu)
[Green beans stir-fried with peanut butter]
1 handful green beans
1 tbsp peanut butter
A little salt
A little black pepper
Appropriate amount rice oil
[Cherry tomatoes and lettuce in vinegar]
8 cherry tomatoes
2 lettuce leaves
A little dried Wakame seaweed
4 Kanikama (Surimi)
2 tbsp Dashi stock
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oligosaccharides
[Scallops and zucchini in mustard marinade]
120g baby scallops
1 zucchini
1 tsp whole grain mustard
A little salt and pepper
Appropriate amount olive oil
[Summer vegetable pizza toast]
2 slices bread
2 eggs
Appropriate amount cheese
10g butter
*Eggplant and cherry tomato sauce
18 cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic eggplant
1 chilli pepper
A little salt and pepper
Appropriate amount olive oil
[Umeshu (Plum wine) braised pork]
400g pork loin block
2 cloves garlic
1 piece ginger
5 fruits that had been soaked in Umeshu (plum wine)
100ml Umeshu (plum wine)
100ml soy sauce
100ml water
[Bean sprouts and okra with Umeboshi]
1 bag bean sprouts
8 Okra
1 Umeboshi (pickled plum)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp of sesame oil
A little Ajinomoto
[Chinese-style soup with bamboo and white maitake mushrooms]
2/3 bamboo shoots
1 pack white maitake mushrooms
600ml water
2/3 tbsp Weipa (Chinese soup base)
A little salt
Appropriate amount potato starch dissolved in water
A little green onion
A little chili oil
A little black pepper
