Today on the homestead we freeze dried Tomatoes that we grew in the garden last year in 2021, We planned on freeze drying them sooner but just got to it! This is a start to finish freeze dry process(besides slicing and freezing the tomatoes- No we did not blanch them, just sliced and froze!)
