S1Ep81-Singapore Rice Noodles 星洲炒米

RECIPE BELOW: This classic stir fry rice noodles dish has a wonderful combination of ingredients and an amazing curry flavor and aroma, you'll love it!

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
• 1/2 pkg rice noodles (soaked in warm-hot water for 20 mins) cut in thirds (Buddha Brand or other Taiwanese brand)
• 1/4# Chinese BBQ pork-Char Siu, shredded
• 10 med shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 2 eggs, scrambled
• 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 med yellow onion, sliced
• 2-3 green onions, sliced-quartered
• 1/2 green bell pepper, core & seeded then sliced
• 1 sm carrot, shredded
• 1/2# bean sprouts
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1.5 Tsp Sesame oil
• 1.5 Tsp Soy sauce
• 3 Tsp Madras Curry powder (add in 3 stages-1 Tsp each time)
• 2 Tsp seasoning salt -Watch video-S1Ep76-S1Ep76-YuCanCook Seasoning Salt Mix 調味料
(1 Tsp with vegs, 1 Tsp with noodles)
• Oil for cooking

Marinade:
• 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (watch video S1Ep76)
• 1/2 Tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine
