S3Ep06-Enoki & Shimeji Mushrooms with a Garlic & Scallion Soy Sauce

RECIPE BELOW: This is a quick and simple vegetarian style dish. The savory flavor of the soy and the sweetness of the garlic is a nice balance to the delicate bite of the mushrooms-ENJOY!

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
• 2 pkg enoki mushrooms (7 oz ea)
• 1 pkg shimeji/brown beech mushrooms (5 oz ea)
• 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1/4 C chicken broth or vegetable broth
• 3/4 Tsp sugar
• 1-2 green onion, minced
• Cilantro leaves, minced
• 1 Tsp Sesame oil
• Oil for cooking

**Always wash & rinse vegetables before using
